They know all the equipment thoroughly, know the market thoroughly, and can offer excellent advice on what pieces of equipment will suit a purchaser's needs best at the lowest cost. 100% reliable in every way. They will also go out of their way to deliver goods promptly and securely. They offer excellent refurbished equipment with their own adaptations to make it work as good as possible. They are a complete source of all things microscopy.
I highly recommend Micro-Optics to anyone needing expert and honest microscope service. I call them for all microscope needs from minor things like bulb replacement, to microscope repairs / cleanings (both old and new scopes), to more expertise related questions about which scopes would best serve our needs and budget. Alex is super knowledgeable, honest, helpful and very nice to work with!
