Pleasant staff who were very helpful. Audiologist explained everything in detail. From the beginning stage of the test as to what was required and the final results of the exam. No pressure to choose a device but I was confident going forward it's in my best interest to purchase a hearing aid. They offer a guarantee to refund all money if you decide it's not good for you. I feel I made the right decision for me.
Effy introduced me to the new phonak and run me through the details this has to offer . This is not my first hearing aids but my experience with Effy was by the best .She did not rush and she answered all my questions. I would not hesitate to to recommend Effy to anyone needing hearing aids. Shirley , the receptionist and he lady who processed my loan were very nice . This office is by the way very clean!
