My mom experienced hair loss over the years. She was afraid of going to just anyone. Fortunately we found Mike and he explained the whole process in detail. He is patient. He is honest and he is detailed and not to mention he has several years of experience. If anyone wants to try SMP for the first time Mike is the best person to go to.
