Worked for this company for several years, in these year I watched as this company lose and hire management 4 times in 3 years, also, hr personal , no consistency, I was a on the 2nd shift , all of my co workers enjoyed me, as there training instructor and basically a lead with out the title for years. This last year and a half it has changed considerably, into a Bias work area, people being favored, new starts getting more or the same pay as veteran employees, Mangement making up in accurate performance reviews. ,and violat... read more
