I dropped my external hard drive off to MicroCenter to recover the data and they lost it and tried to offer me a $500 gift card. DO NOT USE THEM! I repeat DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!
I bought my 1st computer from MicroCenter 35 years ago. I’ve been a loyal customer but my recent experience with the repair service is changing that. The Yonkers store has still not shipped my laptop to Lenovo for over 7 weeks. There is no way to contact the store by phone. I have reached out via text, email and personal visit and the laptop is still sitting in the back. I was assured that it would be FedExed to Lenovo no later than Monday Dec 29. I am back at the store on Dec 31 and it still hasn’t been sent. The worst part... read more
