Won't let me buy something without providing my mobile number for "verification purposes" then in fine print says they will txt me 5x a month unless I opt out. This is for marketing, not verification purposes and is illegal. I tried using my VOIP number which is not compatible. So, I won't be shopping at any Micro Center until this changes.
It should not be this difficult to purchase a laptop. 4 visits to Micro Center, Columbus. 1 to look, 3 to buy. 3 times I have left empty-handed. No stock, no shipping, associate: "says here were getting more but not sure when... I get 2 trucks a day; could be tomorrow, could be next month." Just today before leaving empty-handed (again) the floor manager said I would receive a call by end of day regarding product availability. Surprise - no call. I business with no telephone number is crap.
I am trying to contact someone at the corporate office. I'm not receiving text messages from Micro Center to sign into my account. The Charlotte store told me to contact the corporate store. But there is no phone number or email to fix this issue.
