This review is specifically directed towards the Baltimore, Ohio and the staff employed there. I had an extremely horrendous experience with this company. Kristen was extremely unprofessional in her communication. She was dismissive, rude, and spoke in a way that felt hostile and disrespectful. Instead of addressing concerns calmly and professionally, she responded with attitude and made the situation more stressful than it needed to be. I was a little confused my 1st time going there but definitely 5 star plus! The girl at the window was nice. this is a great place to get your gravel and stuff.
Dumped a load of construction debris and 1 box spring and mattress. I measured beforehand and had 7 yards. I get there and the lady at the window (who is not pleasant) said I had 10 yards because the box spring and mattress were at the top of the trailer. Literally everything thing else was well below the bottom of the box spring. Then the 2nd lady copped an attitude with me because I was upset about having to pay $150 to dump 7 yards.
