They have a nice selection of tiles, and Darryl was very helpful. However, my experience with David Shawn, one of the co-owners who also handles installations, was disappointing. I had to follow up to get a call back, and after our conversation and sending over some possible times for a site visit, I never heard back. I followed up again with him, Darryl, and his project manager but didn’t get a response.
Working with Miconi Tile & Associates was exceptional! I had a small repair and they worked with me to help keep the cost down with a fantastic finished project. Special thanks to David and Gilberto who were professional, informative, on time and leaving my house mess free. Hope I don't need you again but if I do, I know who to call. Jill Ezzi Petaluma, CA
