The employees of miconi they are very professional professionals
They have a nice selection of tiles, and Darryl was very helpful. However, my experience with David Shawn, one of the co-owners who also handles installations, was disappointing. I had to follow up to get a call back, and after our conversation and sending over some possible times for a site visit, I never heard back. I followed up again with him, Darryl, and his project manager but didn’t get a response.
