They answered my call when my unit flooded with water, and handle everything on the same day which was a Sat. Set up fans and dehumidifier and documentated everything. Very professional and accommodating with my restricting schedule. A very positive experience working with them.
About a few months ago, we hired Mico Restoration, and I would not recommend them. The team showed a lack of professionalism from the moment they arrived. Communication was poor, and the work environment was left unsafe and disorganized. Recently, they came back regarding additional work, but the concerns remain the same.
Had my washing machine break and leak a moderate amount of water into my flooring. I called Mico around 8am and someone was at my place at 9. They assessed the extent of moisture spread and materials involved, reassured me that mold or serious problems were unlikely, gave me some options in case I didn't want to chance it, and the next day set me up with a commercial dehumidifer. Mico Restoration handled the demo as well as the renovation of our apartment, following a flood. The owner, Dominic, was great to work with. He stuck to his estimate, and the work was done on time. The work done was first class, and any deficiencies were addressed without issue. We would highly recommend this Company, which took the stress out of going through this difficult situation.
