Had my washing machine break and leak a moderate amount of water into my flooring. I called Mico around 8am and someone was at my place at 9. They assessed the extent of moisture spread and materials involved, reassured me that mold or serious problems were unlikely, gave me some options in case I didn't want to chance it, and the next day set me up with a commercial dehumidifer. Mico Restoration handled the demo as well as the renovation of our apartment, following a flood. The owner, Dominic, was great to work with. He stuck to his estimate, and the work was done on time. The work done was first class, and any deficiencies were addressed without issue. We would highly recommend this Company, which took the stress out of going through this difficult situation.
Mico Restoration did an amazing job in my unit. They installed new flooring in the living/dining area and hallway with clean lines, tight seams, and smooth transitions—everything looks modern and flawless (see photos). MICO rebuilt my unit after a major flood in our building. They understood the situation and helped me get my place rebuilt on budget and as fast as possible while I was staying in a hotel. It was good to have them around during this stressful period. Thank you Dominic and all!
