TERRIBLE customer service. We bought our brand new house in The Villages in August of 2023. In August of 2023 we had gutters put on (for obvious reasons, because it rains every other day in FL). In June of 2024, we had an issue with our rain sensor for our sprinkler system and called to have it looked at under the 1 year warranty. We were advised by the company’s repair person that the 1 year warranty was null and void because the rain sensor was detached from the facia so the gutters could be installed and then reattached. ... read more
