Waited for 30 mins past scheduled inspection time. Agent did not show up and even sent a confirmation email the night before. We thought we were going to be late, so we even booked an uber into the city due to the rain. What a waste of time and money! When I called the organiser, MICM, up, they told me that they would check, then left me on hold indefinitely. I called again and was even hung up on when I asked if the inspection was still going ahead! Very unprofessional and will definitely skip out on any further inspections... read more
