We were so delighted and grateful for our experience here! We were lucky enough to roll up to Mick's unannounced, with our windshield wiper fluid failing to dispense, on our way home to Vancouver from Golden, and despite their busy day, Dee and Mick took the time to diagnose our issue, look into getting a replacement part, give us the part number when it turned out they couldn't get it in for a couple days, and offer a safe and effective stop-gap fix in the meantime so we could get back on the road. Traveling from Vancouver to Revy my transmission started making an assortment of nasty grinding sounds. At the moment of arrival things seemed pretty hopeless. I called every shop with a minimum 2 week wait for the car to be looked at. I found mick's number, gave them a call and they made it seem as if they were helping a friend in need. Absolutely amazing company, they saved our car and were able to help us get back home in a timely fashion , they stayed open late to help us out as we were stuck and needed to get back to van for work and also came and picked us up to bring us to grab our car when they were all finished up with it 100% recommend
About two weeks ago while everyone in town was booking 1-3 weeks out for repairs, I was able to get in for an emergency repair within one day here! Great service, great customer service, would totally recommend to anyone having vehicle issues in Revelstoke!
Mick and his team went above and beyond to fix my car. My girlfriends and I were heading to Kelowna from Calgary and got stranded in rogers pass. Mick got us in before any other shop and stayed after hours to fix our car. Definitely recommend his services and shop to anyone. One of the best places to get your car worked on. Very grateful.
