Unfortunately for Mick there is a familiarly named “business” operating in Melbourne who really screws people around. In my frantic attempts to contact the other useless company I phoned this business early in the morning and Mick was very patient and kind with me, explaining his business is not at all connected to the Melbourne one and it’s an unfortunate name familiarity.
