Showed-up at 3:45pm on Friday, understanding that my car would most likely not be assessed since it was Friday after all. When I asked if there was a chance for this I was answered with a brusque "There's no way in hell I'm gonna look at this today! What you think? It's a Friday afternoon." Unprofessional, rude.
