Horrible "customer service" slow at fixing stuff. Will stop by 5-6 times to look at it before fixing it days/weeks later
This guy was a lifesaver for our family last winter. Our furnace was a pos but they came out right away and didn't overcharge us just because we needed help right away.
I scheduled the installation of a solar heat panel with these guys and they failed to arrive on the scheduled day. Repeated calls to their phone number got no response. UNRELIABLE.
