My vehicle had an issue in Altoona which left it not drivable. Got a hold of Mick and he came clear to Altoona to tow me back. Once we got back he assessed the damage and quickly got back to me with an estimate and before I knew it I had my vehicle back. Thank you Mick for making this stressful situation more bearable.
Not sure about services but the tow truck driver needs to have their license taken away!!! Ran me and my boyfriend off the road almost into a guard rail because he “couldn’t see”. It was a double yellow line and he was halfway in our lane. We tried to call for our own safety and the man cussed out and yelled at my boyfriend for making the report of reckless driving.
Had to call roadside assistance through USAA due to car breaking down on freeway. Me and my family were far from home and it in a new car so would have never anticipated something like that happening Craig showed up quick with a smile and bottles of water for us that he paid for and brought to us knowing we must be hot.
