I misread my calendar and went in a day ahead of my scheduled oil change appt. Bloo was able to still accommodate me and I picked my Highlander the same day, in the afternoon. Thanks so much fellas!
I brought my vehicle in for an inspection and Mick’s did an excellent, thorough job with it. I was impressed with the detail in the inspection report, which included pictures and videos of my vehicle and lots of information about the specific repairs needed. I am not a car person, but the report contained all the information necessary to make a confident & informed decision about the repairs needed. I recommend Mick’s to anyone looking for a shop with excellent communication. They finished the work quickly too!
I came back from vacation to a Prius that seemed to work fine but ALL the warning lights were on. Thought it was a low battery but changing it didn’t work. Made an appointment with Mick’s and was able to have it towed and not have to be present for drop off-which would have left me 15+ miles from home. Within a short amount of time they identified that wood rats had gotten in and eaten wires to 3 of the 4 tires.
