The staff are incredibly nice and were able to inspect my car ahead of schedule. They were kind and understanding as we worked through the process of dealing with my car. I'm really happy with the team at Mick's.

I love, love, love Mick's Automotive. It's the only place I've taken my vehicle since 2007. I trust them. They explain the issues in language I can understand. They take my calls when I'm traveling solo on a road trip and have a vehicle concern. They're just awesome. The best in Santa Cruz County, IMHO. September 2025. I will gladly write a review after every service visit to Mick’s. The entire experience, from booking the appointment to picking up my vehicle has been overwhelmingly positive. They are knowledgeable, professional, accessible (willing to answer questions and explain maintenance issues).
