Went for steroid injections in my knees yesterday and was so glad it was Dr Mbah again. She was so caring and clear with her explanations. Listened to my questions and I felt she had a genuine care for my wellbeing, not rushing me at all. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Dr Mbah.
Tried to book an appointment for over a week now. Rang every day from 8am with 30+ calls as kept getting engaged tones or cut off. This is not acceptable.
Lucky if they even pick up the phone and or give you an appointment ! They just keep people on hold once walked there while still on hold staff were drinking tea and laughing having a chat the clinic was completely empty they just had people on hold ! Why is this place even open taking money from tax payers
They never pickup and I have been there and I have seen with my own eyes of them hanging up the phone on purpose and the staff is absolutely rude
