They never pickup and I have been there and I have seen with my own eyes of them hanging up the phone on purpose and the staff is absolutely rude

Despite the passing of far too many years, there has been no tangible effort by this surgery to improve the service for the village community. Why would anyone, with a conscience, replace empathy, compassion and a desire to help people with health issues, with scant disregard and contempt? I imagine conscience has been lost.
