Either the Computer system needs ‘speeding up’ , or or the Receptionist needs to go on a refreshment computer course…….or both! Incredibly slow….. takes ages for the Receptionist to work her way around the database system, then she has to get up and walk to the printer to retrieve and paper work!, meanwhile the queues get longer.
