Amy, the lady who took my blood test, is super kind. Very understanding and friendly. The treatment room is very clean.
In our recent visit for the little ones immunisation, had Dr Rizwan barge in and accuse my wife of being rude to reception about a dilemma 2 months ago, when he just blatantly did a no show for a booked telehealth. Turns out he was upset because the receptionist didn't charge my wife for his no show. He then proceeded to tell my wife to transfer her documents to another doctor. Will never be back.
So far iv been so happy with Dr Siddiqui and the care he provides. He takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and never makes you feel rushed or like just another number. He’s been wonderful with me and also great with kids, which makes such a difference. I’ve been very happy with him so far and definitely recommend. Also, A special mention to Elaine at reception, she is always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. She honestly makes every visit such a pleasant experience.
Fantastic reception Lady always welcoming. Highly recommend.
