Dr Abulala is very professional and friendly.Not much waiting time as the standard consultation is 10mins.The only downside is the parking lot,very limited spots and tight.
I did a blood test here and had Laura, shes amazing, did not hurt at all and when she took the needle out didnt even feel it. Shes very friendly and talks to you the whole time. The reception staff is also very nice and welcoming. A very refreshing atmosphere, compared to other clinics in the area. I see Dr Aletta who is amazing and takes her time, very compassionate.
This place had so much potential. Christian values is why I chose this place, only to be let down by doctors that only care about pushing people through for numbers. Dr Rizwan, would not listem to my needs and because of this, I missed an oppotunity on a 100K position.To this day I need to get blood test resuls that take 2 mins. However there is no doctor on site this week. Says something about this place really.. Parking is terrible, layout is terrible. The only thing good about this place is the receptionist Elaine.
Amy, the lady who took my blood test, is super kind. Very understanding and friendly. The treatment room is very clean.
In our recent visit for the little ones immunisation, had Dr Rizwan barge in and accuse my wife of being rude to reception about a dilemma 2 months ago, when he just blatantly did a no show for a booked telehealth. Turns out he was upset because the receptionist didn't charge my wife for his no show. He then proceeded to tell my wife to transfer her documents to another doctor. Will never be back.
