Not recommended, been there few times and always hope they will do better. Poor communications, no follow up, they prefer you to come frequently/back again instead of offering the referral and script in same time. Previously receptionist was good. New one take the message, advised willl call back after clarifying with Dr but never call back. Unfortunately patient don’t have much option and have to deal with it.
Doctors are good... however, the new receptionist is terrible. Elaine was amazing. How rude to hang the phone up on me. Maybe learn some people skills before taking on this type of job
I am visiting this clinic from last 6 months with my little ones ,previously i needed some referrals for my kid but Dr Rizwan ask us to wait Nd in that time we lost the precious times now after booking my oppointmnt again with him he just left the clinic because I was just 5 to 7 minutes late,normally for my previous oppointmnts they made me wait for half an hour or even more and when I was on my way He just left the clinic without any Regard..... Really Really disappointed today.
Dr Abulala is very professional and friendly.Not much waiting time as the standard consultation is 10mins.The only downside is the parking lot,very limited spots and tight.
I did a blood test here and had Laura, shes amazing, did not hurt at all and when she took the needle out didnt even feel it. Shes very friendly and talks to you the whole time. The reception staff is also very nice and welcoming. A very refreshing atmosphere, compared to other clinics in the area. I see Dr Aletta who is amazing and takes her time, very compassionate.
