Don’t visit this place seeing all the good reviews.Dr.Rizwan Akhter is not professional,didn’t even tell me that I am underage for cervical screening,gave me false report of the results.In fact,he hardly gives two mins during telehealth.Apart from that,the receptionist is rude and not at all helpful.Sends wrong automated messages.Her response is ‘I dont have any clue’ whatever questions you may ask her and behaves as if she is doing favor picking up the call.Never visiting that place again!
The doctors at this medical centre are both kind and attentive. I've attended several times with my children and everytime they have taken the time to listen to my concerns, been thorough, given me clear explainations and performed necessary tests to confirm a diagnosis. I have never felt rushed out the door. The receptionist is also very considerate and helpful and on many occasions has been able to fit me in when I really needed to see someone.
Please be careful and find doctors who truly care about you. I recently visited this clinic for a condition I had been dealing with for four months. The doctor (out of respect, I won’t name them) was adamant that it was something different from what I had suspected. Despite my lived experience and research, my concerns were dismissed outright.
