While the firm didn't represent me, they did represent my son, and I have to say that they took care of him. They were very professional and attentive to his case and him. They are readily available when you call or they will return their calls promptly. Every birthday and Christmas, they will send you an email and a card acknowledging you for the occasion. They really care. If anyone should ever need a good Injury firm, look no further than Mickle & Bass
I've been calling since last year concerning the case and nobody is answering the phone. This is very unprofessional and very concerning. I will have to contact the state bar and do not recommend Mickle & Bass to anyone. You will be wasting your valued time with a law office that does not care about their clients. They never keep you updated in regards to your case, the progress, nothing about what's going on. Either you can call to find out or you will be left in limbo with no answers.
