Very unprofessional! First cleaning wasn’t too bad. My husband wanted to fire them after the 4th cleaning but I believe in giving chances, boy, was I wrong. They change the time on you every cleaning! If you are a professional cleaning company, you would know what houses would look like before you walk into them but that is the excuse “we never know what the house is going to look like when we get there”! I have a nurse that comes here, she has 5 patients on my day and mine is the longest at 4-5 hours and a lot more can go w... read more
Very unprofessional. Lies about things that happened and threatens to sue for leaving a bad review after reaching out and being told “do not message me again” when trying to resolve the problem privately. Cleaning was so bad, my 3 year old niece could’ve done better.
