Gina was so helpful! Had a problem with hot water from one of our showers. They had someone over to the home and fixed within an hour! Stephen was prompt and communicative. Felt the price was reasonable and didn’t feel overcharged. Will definitely use them again in the future and would highly recommend.
Mickey's plumbing installed a water heater but the service tech failed to close the drain valve. As a result, several hours later (sometime very early in the morning) I had water shooting out of the water heater resulting in a flooded garage and damaged property. I requested reimbursement ($300.00 + delivery) for a damaged cabinet and received a very demeaning response from the president of the company.
