We have worked with Mickey World Travel for several trips over the years and have always been happy. Recently, we booked an anniversary trip to Universal Studios, Orlando. Dylan was incredibly helpful and was able to arrange everything we wanted to do. He even updated our reservations to take advantage of a vacation package that wasn't available when we first booked. The extra savings was greatly appreciated and afforded us a little more leisure time on the trip. Happy to book with them again!
I worked with Tori throughout my last 2 Disney vacations and they were flawless. she is very sweet and attentive and answers all questions and makes the vacation so easy. will definitely continue to use in the future as i just booked again with tori. Thank you for all you do.
I felt like I was in the dark & still am in the dark. There are a-lot of things not explained to me, my agent is hard to get a hold of by phone and takes a while to respond back to me If i would have had more information from the start i would not of booked a Disney cruise period. I happen to have a SN child and assumed Disney would be accommodating , but i was wrong. Everything was sold out, my children are either two young or they don't have the cognitive abilities to participate. And this goes for the boat & the shore act... read more
