If you want a tip, do NOT take your car to them. I dropped off my car at 9:00am the moment they opened. I did not get a call until 7:30pm. Showed up just to find out they didn't even do anything with my car. The mechanics there are incompetent. Highly recommend finding somewhere that actually knows what they're doing!!!
Unbelievable that we have taken our truck to them 5 times to fix equipment we bought 30 days ago and never worked properly! Don't go here
Unbelievable this place stays open. Terrible service , and pray you don't need warranty work!! The car dealership has quicker service than these guys. Secretary of State has a shorter wait and care about customers more.
The owner, manager and staff were absolutely wonderful.
Came in to get an auxiliary and blue tooth hook up they quoted the best price. I discussed where I wanted the switch placed and the aux jack and nothing was done correctly. I've had to bring it back now three times in less than two weeks. Now they are telling me I should've just got a new system because they can't complete a simple installation on a factory system and honor the simple fact they screwed up the installation.
