Purchased a auto start and installation for my mother last Black Friday and it has already went out now they want me to spend more money to fix the garbage The place is trash Then they offer a 1 year warranty for the same cost of having it repaired ??ughhh make that one make sense .... what a sham of a store

The owner, manager and staff were absolutely wonderful.
Came in to get an auxiliary and blue tooth hook up they quoted the best price. I discussed where I wanted the switch placed and the aux jack and nothing was done correctly. I've had to bring it back now three times in less than two weeks. Now they are telling me I should've just got a new system because they can't complete a simple installation on a factory system and honor the simple fact they screwed up the installation. I am utterly disappointed with the service that I received. They prolong everything they do and still make numerous mistakes. Making mistakes is human but after three times coming back is just ridiculous. I will never go back.
