We were looking to get a remote car starter in my daughter's car - the cold weather was fast approaching. We had a great experience at the Mickey Shorr in Roseville. Thank you to Alec and Sean and the rest of the staff at this location. They gave us a very reasonable quote and did the job quickly. The starter works great. Five stars! Highly recommend!
I purchased a new vehicle in late November of 2021 and within a week or so purchased a Viper Alarm/Remote Start Combo from the Livonia location. I had to wait at least 2 weeks for an appointment which wasn't an huge issue. Once I got the install completed I noticed within a day or two that the remote start would start the car and shut off within a couple minutes so my car would still be cold. The 8 mile & Gratiot location has horrible customer service. They say install takes 2 1/2 hrs but that's a lie. I arrived at 9a & did not leave until 2p! They installed the wrong alarm on my car. Then after installing the alarm I paid for, that installment was a wack job! When I left the place the alarm kept beeping (while I was driving) & my auto light notification kept flickering on & off! I went there two weeks ago to replace two speakers ,they installed them & didn’t work properly,then they said it was the wiring,pay to change the wires & still you could hear scratching in the speakers( didn’t work ).Also they were careless when they installed the new speakers,they broke clips on the door’s panel,now it doesn’t fit right & didn’t tell me,they were hoping I didn’t see it and they said they will fix it and will call me,when they get the parts ( clips for the door )& they haven’t done it .Conclusion:I won’t rec... read more
