I purchased a new vehicle in late November of 2021 and within a week or so purchased a Viper Alarm/Remote Start Combo from the Livonia location. I had to wait at least 2 weeks for an appointment which wasn't an huge issue. Once I got the install completed I noticed within a day or two that the remote start would start the car and shut off within a couple minutes so my car would still be cold.
