Excellent service. One minor problem, but fixed immediately without any hassles. Purchased system online, they installed. Bought speakers, paid for install etc. extremely happy. Manager Mike Edgerly has superior customer service skills. If you need a stereo, don't go anywhere else!
This store has the most arrogant a$$holes I've ever seen. After going there three times, and they keep telling me to come back, and giving me attitude I gave someone else my business and money. At the new place I took my vehicle, another lady came in, and I heard her saying the same thing about this store.
These guys are too busy to properly take care of their customers! First come first served only here! First come first served at Mickey Shore seems to mean show up an hour or so before they open and wait to be told that they might be able to get to you today. Save yourself the time and aggravation and buy elsewhere that will "get to you" in a reasonable time frame. The other guys will at least schedule you in so you don't waste an entire day waiting.
I went to Mickey shorr to get a system hooked up, and it turned out phenomenal! The price was very cheap compared to other stores, and the installation was done 100% correct. The salesmen were great and it was a very positive experience. I will be coming back for anything else I need for my Taurus.
Not only did i purchase the display model for one of their remote starts (because they were out of the one i called about), but after leaving for 2 hours and then returning to this location...i was told they hadnt even started on my car yet. Mind you they had my telephone number and.didnt even bother to call in regards to this. This was my first AND MY LAST visit to Mickey Shorr. WASTE OF TIME!!!
These guys will help you figure out the best deal for you & get you top quality sound ! they are polite and great to do business with , and I wouldn't shop anywhere else ! The only thing I would change would be getting a bigger waiting area because it gets crazy busy in there !
I first called mickey shorr because i had a problem with my radio, i took my radio to a few other shops and either i needed a new one or they wanted me to pay to have it repaired. So i called mickey shorr and i spoke to kevin, he said he would take a look at it personally. We came to my car & he did his magic and it worked! Apparently it was a setting in my radio that was the problem, he didnt charge me anything and fixed my radio. great customer service! l will definately return to see him again.
I went to this location for speakers and an amp for my boyfriends car, the asst manager "Bj " tried to get m number and was sexually harassing me the entire time I was there. I ended up leaving and not making a purchase! Horrible, horrible customer service!!
