They are absolutely amazing! I have had 4 remote starters from them, only a small problem with one, and they fixed it for free in a matter of minutes! Thank you :-)!!!
Went in near closing, brought boat to get a diagnosis, told me to pull up. They brought out a meter and able to pinpoint problem quick and went in to ask what the damage was and he waved it off.
Dishonest lying associates who will tell you whatever they need to, to get your money in the register. Then they pull the bait and switch. I'd be afraid they would break something in my car and then lie about it.
Liars! And awful customer service they take advantage of disabled people I will never step foot again in any Mickey shorr or Abc warehouse again! Avoid the grief shop somewhere else
Chris the older guy behind the counter doing the sales is dishonest, he doesn't do what I paid for and he doesn't give you firm prices so I tried to get the "quality amplifier I wanted he kept trying to sell me an cheap amp at a tremendous markup then when I got my "three" receipts for work the sub and enclosure I thought I was getting I never got cause it wouldn't fit (supposedly) but they supposedly made the closure/box to hold a the sub I was told I was getting j felt ripped off and duped! This store is nothing but a big bait and switch. I went down there in person and asked how much it would really be to put the "$99 installed remote starter". First they tried to steer me up to another brand which ended up being over $300 after I pushed for a price commitment. Then when I pressed for a price on the $99 installation model they finally quoted me $240 and another $40 if I wanted my doors locks to continue to work. This store has the most arrogant a$$holes I've ever seen. After going there three times, and they keep telling me to come back, and giving me attitude I gave someone else my business and money. At the new place I took my vehicle, another lady came in, and I heard her saying the same thing about this store.
