NEVER AGAIN. Asked my girl friend to call them to find out about the price for 2 remote starters. My girl called me back almost in tears and said the person on the phone was so RUDE TO HER on the phone. I will never EVER GIVE THEM ONE DINE. I wish them luck. Mr Mack
I recently had an issue where my car radio—originally bought from a different Mickey Shorr location—completely froze up and became unresponsive. Thinking I needed a replacement, I took it to this location. The team was fantastic! They reset the unit, walked me through how to fix it myself if it happens again, and even set up my time and date. To top it off, they didn't charge me for the service. I highly recommend this team for their expertise and incredible customer service.
