Brought in my 2019 jeep .. bob was very insightful and helped me pick out my Rockford Fosgate system head to toe .. made sure to be attentive to the details I wanted even while being as busy ast the shop was … also the installer did an amazing job with the dash unit I had one that I ordered and brought in .. the installer did everything I asked and managed to allow me to keep all my factory functions .. if your looking for a a job well done go in and see bob and his guys I would hands down recommend to anyone
They guys at Mickey Shorr Farm Hills were great! I bought a 2nd 2-way remote for my Viper remote start online and was having trouble pairing it myself. Even though their two techs tried and had no better luck getting my antenna to go into pairing mode than I did, they were really nice and even tried swapping a brand new remote & antenna to narrow down what the problem is.
