Horrible customer service, i recommend using a different insurance agent.
I've been with Mickey and state Farm for over 25 years. They've always been great, until they aren't. I have 6 policies for cars and homes. We've never had any big claims. Our home is 20 years old. Twice in the past 5 years, people have come by and accessed our roof. They said we may need a new roof. Both times in 2020 and 2025, I contacted State Farm. I was so happy with Christina Ricketts. She was amazing. So patient and helpful which I very much appreciated.
