I scheduled an appointment after finding them as in network on my UHC app. The clinic called me the day before my appointment and said I was out of network and would have to pay in full. I reached out to UHC. The representative sent me their internal information showing Texas Health and Mickey Hooper was in network. Horrible from the dr to the front desk staff
This was my first pap in almost 10 years and I was pretty nervous. Dr Hooper took her time explaining things to me and answering all of my questions. She made the experience very comfortable and I left the appt feeling like everything was going to be alright.
