I never write negative reviews, but this office/agent is absolutely worthless. Can't answer any questions about a homeowners claim denial. Just referred me back to the Homesite office that denied my claim. Also two contacts never returned emails or phone calls. I guess I now I understand why Geico is "cheap," but the savings earned as opposed to using a typical insurance agent wasn't worth the price.
I have been loyal policy holder for many years and it was ok, I had some redundant coverage that nobody explained and than I had couple of troubles with them due to insurance automatically inserting coverage that I asked them multiple times to remove. But later on found out that they cancelled. But when suggesting reinstatement they wanted 30% more money for the same policy. And wouldn't care if I leave. Which I did.

The lady there who is a manager and Mr Carney were very helpful and realized what a stressful and frustrating situation I had been having with the phone situation. I'll go straight back to them if I ever have a "situation "again. I give the 5 star to the local people, not Geico in general!
These people really frustrate me ! July 21 I’ve send them documents they requested for proof of vehicle and address to their email that 4 different person provided the on July 28! I’ve received a email that they received all documents and they have been ACCEPTED! when I chatted with an agent through the app on the same day they mention that they would send an email to update the policy !
