I have been BLOWN AWAY by the patience, care & understanding of both Leslie & Rob in the office of Mickey Carney, the local Naples GEICO agency. Plus, they saved me $ 147 dollars a month on my auto insurance!!! They ROCKED!!!
I called this morning, I’m a 100% disabled vet insured through USAA. I just bought a brand new leftover 2025 GLS 63 in December and I am already insured through State Farm, but when I saw GEICO offers a 15% military discount I figured I’d check it out. The quote came in cheaper so I called to make sure it was apples-to-apples on coverage. I never write negative reviews, but this office/agent is absolutely worthless. Can't answer any questions about a homeowners claim denial. Just referred me back to the Homesite office that denied my claim. Also two contacts never returned emails or phone calls. I guess I now I understand why Geico is "cheap," but the savings earned as opposed to using a typical insurance agent wasn't worth the price.
I have been loyal policy holder for many years and it was ok, I had some redundant coverage that nobody explained and than I had couple of troubles with them due to insurance automatically inserting coverage that I asked them multiple times to remove. But later on found out that they cancelled. But when suggesting reinstatement they wanted 30% more money for the same policy. And wouldn't care if I leave. Which I did.
