I got a bolt in my tire while driving on the highway and it started losing air fast. I pulled over onto the shoulder and could hear the air hissing out loudly. After swapping on the spare, I searched Google Maps for the nearest shop and this place came up — 1.5 miles away. I was having my bmw serviced here however my vehicle was ruined. After spending over $7,000 in repairs only to have the same issues and problems over and over. Many times during repairs they'd forget to reinstall parts, there was also missing parts after many services and a couple times double charged me. I ended up having to put my bmw up for sale after paying over 55K for it. This really broke my heart to do. I feel that had I went to the bmw dealership mechanics I would still have the vehicle.
