Exceptional service once again! This is the second time I've had the pleasure of working with Kendell , and he never disappoints. Mounted a 65 inch TV in just 20 minutes, just like he did three years ago with the first one. Efficient, professional, and thoughtful - he even offered to sweep up after himself. Absolutely unprofessional! Let’s start with punctuality on day 1, we agreed on 9am he did not show up til after 10! Once he got here he was unable to put the tv on the wall by himself and I had to help him 😬😩but that’s not the worst problem smh he put the mount on the wall tilted so now I’m watching tv at an angle. This person is very unprofessional and when you try to talk to him he's threatening you and putting family members in it. Sad he was booked for a babys 1yr old party and left with the people's tables at the venue at Hempstead State Lake Park and lied and getting very nasty when I tried to ask about it. I'm going to get the police involved on this 1 as I'm hearing and seeing hes done this to several people already and is routine for stealing from people. he was booked for my niece party. only came with 1 table but Stole 2 tables (1 which his cotton candy machine was sitting on & the other which was in the corner) from hempstead lake state park, lied about, very unprofessional the way he talk as a business owner when trying to resolve the issue. Don’t support his black owned business/start up company!
