This is our go to place for our social time. Very relaxed, good beer, good people and they allow our pup dog buddies as long as they are well behaved like their human buddies. I gave 4 stars not 5 because it's been a couple years and we still don't have a mug
Gluten free marked on the menu. Also vegetarian options: although they use beef tallow for frying, the menu encouraged asking for vegetable oil if desired.
Great spot to relax with friends
Wonderful building, history and design. Decent service. OK pricing. I really like the menu... they took some chances, got creative and it works for the most part. Done well. I've had some hit and miss experiences here so I can't really go all in with a 5 (some 3's, 4's and 5's)... but its relatively consistent and I am going to go back for a beer and bites.
The food was good. We ordered burgers and riblets. Fast and friendly service. The fries are cooked in beef tallow, which is perfect because my friend has allergies. She can't eat fries in other places because they use a soy based oil.
