Mr Rich and his staff are just the nicest bunch to work with
Will change order you job to death. Project went over budget by 75%. Nearly a year later they told me they were going to close the 2nd phase and bill an additional large sum. Ridiculous.
Mick Rich Contractors completed an extensive renovation of our 18,000 square foot office complex. The complex had been neglected for years and was in so bad of condition it might just have been demolished. They were very considerate of our budget limitations and worked hard to control costs. They worked through the red tape of the permitting, and changing city requirements and inspections. They worked with us to take our design ideas and improve upon them.
