Great place. Had valve clearence checks on my suzuki boulevard as well as new air filter and clutch lever. They were happy to talk to me in regard to questions I had about my bike. Friendly and knowledgeable people.
Drove 200klms from Rye to get an exhaust seal from Mick Hone ,after being sold two of the wrong ones after carefully explaining with fische part numbers what i needed to another motorbike shop in Frankston, that messed me around badly, but anyway. Salesman @ Mick Hone was so nice and helpful, we had a laugh Suzuki Fische isnt always exact, but we persevered and got there, so greatful just to be treated with some dignity help & respect. "I am deeply disappointed and feel betrayed after my most recent experience with Mick Hones, following over 7 years as a customer where I spent more than $20k After a minor speed fall, Mick instructed me to source the parts. I went further: I personally removed the fairings, had them professionally plastic welded and repainted, investing over $3,037.91 of my own money. Upon completion, Mick only reimbursed me $1170.58 for the parts and paint / plastic weld, leaving me significantly out-of-pocket for repairs done to his instr... read more
