"I am deeply disappointed and feel betrayed after my most recent experience with Mick Hones, following over 7 years as a customer where I spent more than $20k After a minor speed fall, Mick instructed me to source the parts. I went further: I personally removed the fairings, had them professionally plastic welded and repainted, investing over $3,037.91 of my own money. I drove a very long way just to get an exhaust seal from Mick Hone after being sold two of the wrong ones after explaining carefully what i needed to another motorbike shop in Frankston, but anyways. The salesman there was so nice and helpful we had a laugh as Suzuki Fische isnt always exact but we persevered and got there and im so greatful just to be treated with some dignity and respect. Pre-ordered a 2022 Suzuki GSXR1000 late 2021 when they told me a new model and colour scheme be arriving. It arrived late March 2022 exactly how they said it would. Was notified every step of the way and got a great deal on Titanium Yoshimura exhaust, tail tidy and all sliders. Bike has been a dream to ride every single time and the buying experience and service was top notch. This place is a hidden gem! Service crew is awesome, reasonably priced and great quality. When I need a big rider bike (non Lams) I’m coming back here.
