Ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza. Got it home and it had no pepperoni. Contacted them twice to complain and got never heard from them. Horrible customer service. Will never go back. Too many pizza places in Parker to deal with this type of service.
We went to celebrate Valentine's Day because I specifically wanted a heart shaped pizza...the first pizza that came out was round but they did make it right with no issues...I did get a nice Italian beer in a bottle but they didn't have glasses just paper cups and wine glasses so it was in a glass bottle so I just drank it out of the bottle...their to go, Uber Eats and Grub Hub was all backed up and people were just standing around waiting for their food...it was an interesting atmosphere...the pizza was ok and the staff jus... read more
I’ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but I’m consistently disappointed with how it’s run. The food is good when you can actually get it, but there are so many issues that make the experience frustrating. The website is confusing, the selection of gelato flavors is random, and the leadership keeps sending generic responses without actually addressing the problems. UPDATE: Someone named Julie told me that she would send me a giftcard and extended her apologies and blah blah blah, and I never received anything! Not getting a free giftcard doesn't upset me. Fake customer service does. Goes to show what kind of people run this business. No integrity from the owners=no integrity in the service & food you receive.
