Langan, you can't ignore a beneficiary for months and deny them approved investments and savings then charge thousands to ask the court questions that DHS already answered. Read the trust evaluation from 2024 and stop insisting that a terrified disabled individual is not permitted savings and investments through a federally approved ABLE account and stop treating me like I am incompetent. (And yes, the sole beneficiary of a trust administered by your firm is, in fact, a client and can, in fact, leave a review.)
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST LAWYER I HAVE EVER HIRED! I would never recommend this company! David was unprofessional, stated he did not know what to do. I gave him all the Information he needed! Emails and emails! David, Told me that his law firm was friends with the other law firm and didn’t want to start a fight. David, gave us the wrong time for court.
