Definitely makes you feel like she doesn't want to be there and doesn't care about taking care of you and you can never get a call back to answer any questions you have. Selma is ridiculous
I’m a patient of Dr. Bechamps at Selma Medical. Over the years I’ve seen the level of service decline significantly. I would have to agree with other reviews posted here as I have had the same experiences. My family is actively searching now for a new Internal Medicine practice. I just don’t have any confidence in this practice any more. Sorry to say, but true.
Michon Bechamps is not friendly and very distant. My Mother was her patient. Despite my Mother's kindness, keeping her appts and always being on time, Michon treated my Mother like she did not want to be her doctor. My Mother transferred to a different doctor who was pleasant and treated her with respect and correctly diagnosed her. I strongly do not recommend Michon as a physician and wouldn't trust her diagnosis of a dead fish.
I called to get my Rx for Novolin R updated on Monday, June 18, 2018. As typical with calling there, I got to their nurse voice mail. They ask to leave only one message, which I did, with my name, DOB and phone #. By Thursday, June 21, 2018, I had not heard back from anyone. I took my last (partial) dose of insulin that morning.
