Had never been here before today- I placed an order online on their own website where a variety of boba drinks was available to order- I placed and paid for my order (boba tea) online ahead of time and when I came to pick it up they were unaware of my order and said they didn’t serve boba at all. I asked for a refund and was told that it wasn’t an option and neither was a substitution. They just took my money without giving me my order or anything else. Last night I ordered a steak torta. They don’t tell you that the “steak” is fried steak. I could’ve even gotten chicken because the meat was white. And the drink I ordered was also unfortunately wrong.
