Absolutely not recommended. Bernard quoted a low attorney fee, but I ended up paying much more because of additional charges at closing. The closing statement included fees that were not properly explained, such as overnight wire fees and recording fees. I also noticed that the prorated property taxes along with commission amounts were not calculated correctly.
