They don’t pay all their change orders. We had contract work/cos for additional work requested by Michilli, performed to complete satisfaction, punch list signed off, and they promised to pay, and ignored our request. We helped bail them out when their stucco contractor failed to complete work, and even went as far as helping them with painting touch ups, and we were not the painters. They owe us over 30k- I do not recommend working for these people. Poor communication, their pms and supers are consistently being replaced. T... read more
