Unprofessional and rude. only did 75% off the work. Ruined our fence gate, destroyed all gutter downspouts and threw a tantrum when we called him out about unfinished services. Had planned on using this guy for all landscaping work but he showed his true colors. Would not recommend anyone using him, no matter how nice his sales pitch is. His sales pitch was pretty much inaccurate in every way.
Let me start by saying we would give 10 stars if we could. Thank you to Bolder City for recommending Michigreen Landscape for our outdoor upgrades. Kyle 0’Brien and his crew (Jake and Brendon in particular) did a phenomenal job building a patio, front porch, two beautiful walkways and a gorgeous new driveway that we will be able to enjoy for years to come. He took my mom’s money $500 in June, no service was provided, she’s 85. We will be pursuing legal charges, if the money is not returned & he threatened her with an attorney if she doesn’t “stop harassing” him?! Taking advantage of the elderly?! Buyer Beware, Stay Away!!
Very bad customer service and once get the money you will never see him again, I was trying to keep some of the money at the end to make sure he will come back if there is an issue he told me you don’t have to I will come as soon as you call me and never seen him again.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Kyle was unprofessional and I truly regret using him. Job took 10 days and not due supplies. One day the crew never showed up. When I called he kept pushing back the time. Then he finally confessed he was not coming. All he could say was "thanks for not yelling at me". Even his staff thinks he's a joke. Save your time and money and go with a PROFESSIONAL.
