From the sales team to the scheduling and the crew very professional. Followed up made sure I was 100% satisfied. My home is an old Victorian with a very steep roof other companies didn’t want to quote. Their quote was fair and they knocked out the job in a day!

I like how the inspector sat down with me and took his time explaining and showing the different types of material. He made me feel more comfortable with them doing my roof.
ModForce was the second of three quotes we had for replacing our roof. Bryce came out and was a consummate professional - one of the reasons we ended up going with them was he refused to speak poorly of other companies and contractors, even as we shared our negative experience with a previous one who quoted our roofing project. In March 2025 I got an estimate for a new roof on my house. Matt Schermbeck showed up on time. We talked over what I wanted to have done. Matt came well prepared and went over the details of my options. He had samples of the materials they would use. Matt was friendly, a good listener, professional and most of all not pushy.
