I am a seasonal worker In Michigan. I have been coming to Michigan Works now for 30 years in the off season. I have used branch offices all over the state. I have never been treated so poorly as the West Branch office treats people. These two main employees have the rudest customer service ive ever had to deal with. The lady was very condescending and only gave me one job to apply for that has nothing to do my qualifications I was under the impression their job was to help us get jobs.. She seemed upset I walked in an she had to do hers She needs to get laid, take a customer service course or maybe get a job where she doesn't have to talk to ppl 🤷‍♂️

Went in to get help with unemployment and the told me they registration me and that they sent in a protest on my behalf and they literally did none of that so I was left hanging for over a month waiting on unemployment that was never gonna come because the lack of care and people actually doing there job if I could pay for a lawyer I would sue these people for blatant negligence in a heart beat don't go here if you can avoid it
