Horrible customer service. You get nothing but attitude from the moment you walk in the door. I've been there 4 times and it's always the same. They act like your bothering them if you have a question. Go to a different branch if you can.
I am a seasonal worker In Michigan. I have been coming to Michigan Works now for 30 years in the off season. I have used branch offices all over the state. I have never been treated so poorly as the West Branch office treats people. These two main employees have the rudest customer service ive ever had to deal with.
