Yes, Michigan Works has changed..the Help Staff has changed and are outside contractors. But the staffers are great and knowledgeable about helping you out. The have Help Workshops to help you with resumes and preparing for your interview and next job. 2/14/2025 Update...went in and got some great help with a particular unemployment issue coming up and got great instructions...
