Very helpful and friendly service
When I have gone to get unemployment assistance at the Midland branch. I get 1 minute and then the assistant flutters like a bee to someone else. Then comes back for another minute and I'm still waiting for assistance. This happens till I'm the last one there and then I finally got some help and what should of been 10 min turned into 30 min or more. I have had snarky people on the phone .
