Can’t stand them!! They never stand there or make sure you are okay and I have lost a couple times pay because they don’t stand there and make sure I am good and I’m over this place!
I truly don’t understand the point of being forced to show up in person to fill out a basic computer form. It could all be done through the unemployment agency online - it’s really inefficient and ridiculous. Seems like a ploy by the state to delay people’s unemployment benefits from processing.
Two star because they don't do much. Their job is to show up and tell you to use MiTalent. I haven't found a job from here.
They were absolutely amazing caring courteous and compassionate I love the atmosphere so much
