This place has the worst admin staff and nurses. The admin supervisor told me “this is like a grocery store, you have to pay before you collect your merchandise”. Honestly, it really felt like a grocery store not a clinic!
What should have been a routine annual exam turned into a disappointing and concerning experience. I was billed for two separate visits without any prior disclosure or explanation. That lack of transparency is unacceptable and feels misleading. Even more concerning, tests were performed without my knowledge or consent. Recently they introduced mammography services. . I got a bunch of excuses as to why the test results will be delayed- to wait for my prior years results to review with my other images form another facility. I checked two days ago and they ensured prior year’s image are in their hands .As a breast cancer survivor, this is not my first rodeo. Today., I still don’t have my results! Dr. Banooni is the foundation of this practice. Unfortunately, he is only one person. The other doctors he shares this practice with are sub standard. Eisenberg has a horrible bedside manner, and the rest of the staff are not trained professionally. Banooni is overwhelmed with trying to carry the entire office and staff on his shoulders. It's unfortunate because this practice was better many years ago. Burnout is a real thing, maybe it's time to retire.
